NUTRITION
We believe that mealtimes should be a fun and social time for children to explore delicious food and new flavours. We encourage self-serving, involve children in our meal preparation, and educate children about how their food is grown and made.
Menus
Our four week rolling menus include a fresh home-cooked lunchtime meal as well as morning and afternoon snacks bursting with fresh fruit, vegetables and all the essential ingredients necessary for healthy development. Many of our nurseries also provide a special breakfast and dinner. Menus are regularly updated to accommodate seasonal fruit and vegetables and to reflect the feedback of children and parents.
Nursery Chefs
Our qualified Nursery Chefs ensure that all meals are tasty, nutritionally balanced and tailored to suit your child’s individual dietary requirements.
Our Chefs are enthusiastic about consulting and involving our children in the kitchen. From providing taster sessions and introducing new meals, to including children in baking sessions and growing our own fruit and vegetables, they work to ensure our children have an understanding of healthy eating and of where their food comes from.

We have a flexible approach to meals and mealtimes and are happy to cater for a wide range of dietary/religious/cultural requirements including:
- Vegetarian
- Vegan
